Conversations with ‘The Fil’: Anthony Vine

Welcome to Season Three of “Conversations with The Fil”!  

The series is intended to enlighten and familiarize people with musicians, writers, artists, dancers, and actors of note who are blind and visually impaired or who are making accessibility and inclusion a hallmark feature of their work.  

On Monday, October 10, at 6:00 PM (EDT), Dr. Leslie Jones led a conversation with Anthony Vine about his music and career, his work with The Fil through CRNY, and the commissioned piece he will write for “The Fil at the Met” concert event on May 19, 2023. Anthony Vine, Composer-in-Residence with The Fil joins us through the generosity of the New York State initiative, “Creatives Rebuilds New York (CRNY),” funded by the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation with support of the Ford and Stavros Niarchos Foundations.
